ABOUT
PROJECT
EMA
Project EMA (Educate My Africa) is a program dedicated to providing education and information for children in Africa. We intend to help these children expand their knowledge, promote an interest in staying in school and getting an education. This will be done by sending books to these children who would not ordinarily have access to them.
To begin, we donated educational and hygienic materials to Omanjor Primary School in Ghana. We did this because we realized that many girls who are already trying to get an education, often miss many days of school because they are unable to afford the products they need during their monthly menstrual cycle. Also, many of them are unable to purchase reading and writing materials for school.
Moving forward, our next goal is to refurbish 5 dilapidated schools in Africa. For a progress report on our goals, visit our GOALS page.
